THE CHALLENGE

Brivo entered a definitive merger agreement with Crown PropTech Proposition and BAM drove non-investor announcements as the agency of record.

BAM collaborated with the client’s chosen investor relations firm to support Brivo’s SPAC. New to the process, the client contact relied on BAM to leverage its past experience supporting another SPAC to determine the media strategy.
