Beck Bamberger is our Founder & CEO. Outside of leading the BAM team, Beck is a marathon runner, helicopter pilot, and avid traveler (she's visited 70 countries and counting). Did we mention she won an Emmy in 2011? To keep it short, she's bad*ss.

Mike Melvin is BAM's Chief Revenue Officer. He oversees all our revenue-related initiatives including account services, sales, and marketing. He is a proud dog dad, originally from Philadelphia, and getting married next year.

Our Vice President & Partner, Lauren Grassetti is a PR guru. She came from LEWIS Global Communications and has 13 years of experience working with over 80+ brands. Besides leading BAM's PR and media relations account servicing team, she's one of our #BAMmamas and is based out of San Diego.

JILL’S STORY >

Jill is our Head of People. BAM is as good as its people and Jill makes the people at a BAM the priority. Having worked for years as a mentor, soccer coach, and in running her own fitness-based program with incarcerated youth, Jill takes pride in having a multi-disciplinary and humanistic approach to individuals and teams.
