My executive is the public face of our company so he handles all interviews that come our way. He’s extremely friendly and a great storyteller. The one problem: he refuses to go through media training — and he needs it. He’s great at connecting with people but is not very succinct and can be all over the place when answering what should be a simple question. How do you suggest preparing him for interviews given that he doesn’t want to sit for a formal media training?
