Jill is Head of People at BAM. Jill oversees all things HR, benefits, culture, and seeks to continually improve employee engagement and employee satisfaction by seeking to put BAM’s people first.
In 2017, when Jill joined BAM, she leveraged her previous operations experience, and human-centered philosophies, to contribute to BAM’s rapid growth and to further build upon BAM’s culture. Having worked for years as a mentor, soccer coach and in running her own fitness-based program with incarcerated youth, Jill takes pride in having a multi-disciplinary and humanistic approach to individuals and teams rooted in psychology, personal experience and leadership studies. Jill studied Psychology at California State University East Bay.
